Job Description The Go to Market (GTM) Readiness Lead plays a critical role in supporting and driving a holistic GTM plan from within the broader Product Organization. Reporting directly to the North America Go to Market Strategy & Execution Lead, this role is focused on maximizing revenue through effective product launches, strategic positioning, and cross‑functional execution. As a key connector across the organization, the GTM Readiness Lead collaborates closely with teams including ePMO, Sales, Product, Operations, and Product Marketing to ensure readiness from early testing through global commercialization. The ideal candidate is highly self‑sufficient yet skilled at partnering with diverse stakeholders to deliver outcomes. The GTM team is hiring across three core focus areas, with placement tailored to each individual’s skills, experience, and development goals. Enterprise Healthcare product offering: Focusing on payment processing as part of the broader patient experience is key. Our products enable healthcare providers to strengthen data security, streamline revenue cycles and treasury operations and enhance the patient financial experience. A passion for this vertical and payments is not required, but an asset. Innovation: Forward-thinking payments products and enhancements to market. Interest in turning bold ideas into real-world impact would be an asset. Improving transaction experience, staying ahead of emerging technologies and helping change how payments are managed will be central to this role. ISV (Independent Software Provider) and Embedded Payments product set: Flexible integration options allow partner to benefit from a variety of integration options. Whether through direct certification, fully-integrated, semi-integrated, hosted, and gateway integration paths – we offer solutions for all merchant needs. A passion for this technical space is an asset but not required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Eight to ten plus years of experience in project management activities
  • Considerable knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
  • Demonstrated management and leadership skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Advanced knowledge of project management
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Building rollout and launch plans
  • Enabling the business to bring new or enhanced solutions to market successfully
  • Acts as a liaison with a number of cross-functional stakeholders as required.
  • The GTM Readiness Lead drives alignment from Tech Ready to General Availability (GA), enabling new revenue streams and accelerating sales growth across the portfolio.
