About The Position

Zeta is seeking an Automation Lead to join our Go-to-Market Intelligence & Automation (GMIA) team within the Data Cloud Intelligence organization. This role is focused on driving scalable, automated intelligence delivery and aligning Zeta’s core capabilities with strategic client and internal needs. The ideal candidate brings a process- and systems-oriented mindset, strong analytical acumen, and a collaborative spirit to support the design, build, and refinement of Zeta's reporting, intelligence, and solutioning infrastructure. While grounded in automation and internal enablement, the role maintains a strategic lens and collaborates closely with stakeholders in Product, Applications, Analytics, Acceleration, and GTM teams.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in data strategy, solution development, marketing analytics, or operations
  • Demonstrated ability to define process workflows, optimize systems, and manage stakeholder input
  • Experience working with or adjacent to product, analytics, or martech development teams
  • Understanding of audience targeting, performance marketing, customer intelligence, or omnichannel reporting
  • Ability to distill technical information into clear business requirements and drive them through to delivery
  • Comfort in both ambiguous strategy spaces and detailed process execution
  • Strong Excel / PowerPoint skills; comfort turning data into structured frameworks
  • Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau) and basic data logic
  • Excellent project management and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Asana, Jira, Confluence, or other documentation/task management tools
  • Exposure to marketing technology (ZMP, CDPs, DMPs, DSPs, CRMs, etc.)
  • Understanding of AI/ML application in marketing data (even at a conceptual level)

Responsibilities

  • Translate go-to-market use cases into scalable intelligence workflows and repeatable solutions
  • Define business requirements for new reports, dashboards, and insight packages used across verticals
  • Partner with Product and Analytics teams to shape the design, logic, and deployment of scalable intelligence solutions
  • Improve adoption and usability of Data Cloud tools through process refinement, documentation, and consultative support
  • Serve as a point of connection between GTM strategy and technical implementation, ensuring that automation aligns with strategic value delivery
  • Support knowledge management efforts (documentation, templates, etc.) to accelerate team-wide efficiency
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives focused on process, internal tooling, and platform integrations
  • Support some pre-sales or client-facing work with automation-aligned deliverables
