Adaptive is seeking a Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations professional to help build, optimize, and scale our growth engine from the ground up. This role reports directly to senior leadership and will work closely with the SVP and CEO. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with exceptional execution—comfortable switching between building high-level GTM frameworks and diving into the details of campaigns, analytics, and process improvement. You’ll have the opportunity to own one or more GTM functions, from marketing operations to PR, SEO, and demand generation, while contributing directly to Adaptive’s long-term strategy and revenue growth. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who wants to help shape the GTM motion of one of the fastest-growing cybersecurity startups in the country.
