About The Position

As the GTM Activation Consultant for our Financial Advisor Services (FAS) business, you will translate strategy into action by driving prioritization, capacity management, and cross-functional operationalization of our commercial blueprint. Your work ensures that our segmentation, territory design, and coverage strategies come to life in the field-delivering sustained growth and differentiated advisor experiences. You thrive on turning strategy into execution and have a proven track record of leading impactful initiatives. You understand advisor-facing distribution dynamics and excel at orchestrating across functions to deliver measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sales strategy, distribution planning, or commercial operations within asset management, wealth, or financial advisor services.
  • Proven ability to operationalize GTM strategies leveraging prioritization frameworks, capacity management, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance measurement and CRM-driven workflows.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across Product, Marketing, Digital, and Operations in a matrixed environment.
  • Clear communication, organizational agility, and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Activate with Precision: Implement GTM strategy through a systematic approach to effectively scale our distribution resources and drive business growth.
  • Operationalize Cross-Functionally: Lead the execution of GTM plans across internal teams to ensure integrated campaigns, aligned resourcing, and scalable processes.
  • Enable Field Success: Partner with internal teams to ensure CRM routing, playbooks, and next- best-action tools support GTM activation.
  • Monitor and Optimize: Set and track activation KPIs to refine plays.
  • Drive Commercial Rhythm: Support ongoing GTM planning cycles, ensuring timely resource alignment and governance.
