About The Position

Are you a strategic thinker with a builder’s mindset? At 3E, we’re transforming the future of compliance and sustainability with powerful, data-driven solutions — and reimagining how organizations can work smarter, faster, and more sustainably. As a Senior Product Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager, you won’t just support product launches — you’ll shape how they succeed in market. This senior-level role is an opportunity to define and scale go-to-market strategies that accelerate growth, drive customer value, and strengthen our leadership in the environmental health and safety (EHS) tech space. It’s also a chance to be part of building disruptive, next-generation products that embed intelligence into customer workflows and create meaningful impact in a space hungry for innovation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys establishing scalable processes, knows how to translate vision into executable programs, and enjoys partnering cross-functionally to make big things happen. Day-to-day activities will focus on strategic planning and execution program management, including leading the launch process for the launch of new capabilities, maintaining our overall solution positioning, and helping design and enable GTM motions to accelerate growth. Additionally, you will drive long-term customer value by monitoring and supporting the adoption of new features and driving product use. You’ll be at the center of collaboration between Product, Marketing, Sales, Rev Ops, Commercial Enablement, and Customer teams.
