We are currently hiring a dual certification Full-Time or Part-Time Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNA) and Medication Technician to join our team. Schedule & Perks: ✔Full-Time or Part-Time available ✔Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM ✔ Alternating weekends required ✔ Shift differential for weekend coverage ✔ Dual certification pay ✔ Make a real impact with your dual certification What You’ll Do: As a GNA + Certified Medication Technician, you will provide direct care and assist with medication administration under the supervision of a nurse: Safely prepare, administer, and document medications Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility) Take and document vital signs Encourage participation in restorative programs and activities Monitor resident condition and report changes to nursing staff Maintain safe and sanitary workstations and follow infection control protocols Attend in-service training and education sessions Why Choose Ginger Cove? Requirements

  • Current Maryland GNA and Medication Technician certifications
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Med Tech; geriatric experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
  • Must display professional, compassionate, and tactful behavior
  • Willingness to complete state-mandated educational requirements
