Requirements

  • ASE Certification is required
  • 5+ years of Service Technician experience is preferred.
  • A-level qualifications in diagnostics, electrical, and engine repair.
  • Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment and learn new repair procedures.
  • A positive, friendly attitude with a team-oriented and customer-service mentality.
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • GM Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and according to dealership procedures.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical, steering, brakes, and air conditioning.
  • Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to test components and systems.
  • Communicate directly with Service Advisors to keep customers informed of necessary services and repair time estimates.
  • Execute repairs under warranty according to manufacturer specifications.
