Requirements
- GM Master Certification is required.
- Proven experience as an automotive technician, preferably in a dealership setting.
- Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency in using diagnostic tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Responsibilities
- Perform complex diagnostics and repairs on GM vehicles.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians to provide exceptional service.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GM vehicles and industry trends.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
