Job Description What You’ll Do Reporting to the Chief Administrative and People Officer, the Global Vice President of Total Rewards will lead the strategy, design, and execution of Sprinklr’s global compensation, equity, and benefits programs. This executive role is instrumental in ensuring our total rewards programs support business growth, talent strategy, and organizational performance—across all regions, including North America, Europe, Asia, and India. You will bring deep experience from both large and mid-sized software or SaaS companies, ideally in high-growth environments, with a demonstrated ability to scale total rewards globally. This role requires strategic thinking, strong execution, and a collaborative leadership style. You will serve as a key partner to the Compensation Committee of the Board, executive team, and business leaders across the company.
