About The Position

Job shadowing with Controls Coordinator, Global Technicians, and Controls Specialists. Help to maintain production equipment. Duties will include assisting with smaller scale engineering projects and other continuous improvement activities. Help to install, test, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and systems throughout the facility. Ability to read and write and converse in English. Willing and able to uphold BD Values. Requirements

Ability to read and write and converse in English.
Willing and able to uphold BD Values.
Required : High school diploma and pursuing an Associates degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or related field.

Responsibilities

Support the Controls Coordinator & Process Engineers in implementation of process improvements in the area of mechanical & electrical systems, programming, and Vision Systems.
Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair of machinery, robotics, pneumatics, electric motors, variable speed drives and servo systems.
Performs Preventative & predictive maintenance as assigned.
Maintenance and repair of Programmable Logic Controllers and subsystems.
Maintenance and repair of Robotics.
