We’re seeking a full-cycle recruiter who brings both depth and breadth; someone who enjoys hands-on sourcing, strong partnerships with leaders, and continuously improving recruiting processes while helping shape a thoughtful and inclusive hiring culture. This is a highly strategic role, responsible for defining what great recruiting looks like at our company and ensuring hiring practices are aligned with our culture, values, and ways of working. The role owns end-to-end recruiting across a wide range of functions and seniority levels, with a particular focus on Go-To-Market (GTM) and Engineering roles, and works closely with teams in both the US and Israel, requiring fluency in English and Hebrew. In addition, the ideal candidate will bring experience in general HR and employee relations to support the growing organization as needed.
