Nissha Medical Technologies is looking for a Global Supplier Quality Engineer Intern. The Global Supplier Quality Intern will support Nissha Medical Technologies (“NMT”) in ensuring external suppliers meet quality, regulatory, and performance standards. This role provides hands-on experience with supplier quality processes, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within a regulated medical manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, or a related field

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist in evaluating supplier performance, including quality metrics, compliance, and risk factors
  • Support the maintenance and standardization of supplier qualification, evaluation, and monitoring processes
  • Help collect, track, and analyze supplier key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Participate in investigations related to supplier non-conformances and corrective actions
  • Assist with documentation review to ensure compliance with internal quality systems and regulatory standards
  • Support continuous improvement projects related to supplier quality or internal processes
  • Help prepare materials for supplier reviews and audits
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, operations) on supplier-related initiatives
  • Assist in developing or updating procedures, templates, and reports
