The Global Strategic Account “GSA” Program Director is responsible for leading the Energy+ GSA program, driving growth, targeting innovation, and ensuring customer success across global strategic accounts. This position reports to the Vice President, Energy+ Global Sales and is part of the Energy+ business unit with headquarters in Port Washington, New York and will be fully remote.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in customer-facing roles (sales, strategic marketing, customer success leadership, or relevant industry experience)
  • Proven track record in leading multi-regional teams and strategic growth initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
  • Top-tier interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Executive presence and negotiation capability
  • Ability to drive measurable results across diverse value streams in a global environment
  • Ability to travel 75%, including overnight and globally

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s Degree (MBA) or equivalent advanced degree
  • Experience in filtration and separation product sales or energy transition solutions

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain selection standards for GSA growth accounts, regularly reviewing alignment with strategic goals.
  • Champion GSA growth through enhanced account management, leveraging customer insights, scorecards, and third-party data.
  • Partner with regional sales leaders to support GSA long-term growth strategies.
  • Engage with research & development to accelerate innovation and solution development identified through and targeted at GSA customers.
  • Guide development and execution of customer-specific and systemic action plans.
  • Ensure successful rollout and compliance through close liaison with senior account managers and sales champions.
  • Provide consistent reporting on program insights, business outcomes, customer feedback, and emerging issues.
