About The Position

As the Global Sr. HR Director for Process Automation (PA) at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to support the business objectives of SBG with the Senior Leaders. One primary focus area is on accelerating growth, and this role develops talent strategies and actions to help drive organic and inorganic (M&A) growth. You will partner closely with PA Functional Leadership including pivotal commercial functions to fuel business growth as well as focus towards building business capabilities to pivot towards growth & productivity. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the organization by driving organization design, workforce planning, end to end talent strategies, and will partner with & coach leaders. This role supports executive leaders and their teams, partnering with these leaders to lead the strategic HR priorities and their deployment for Process Automation.
