About The Position

The Global Services Memberships Product Manager is responsible for developing and scaling bundled service programs and membership‑based offerings that drive installed base penetration, customer retention, and recurring revenue. This role owns the design of service entitlements, tiering, and value delivery models, working closely with regional services, sales, and product teams to launch and sustain membership programs globally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 12+ years experience in services, subscriptions, or product management
  • Experience with recurring revenue or membership‑based models
  • Strong commercial, analytical, and cross‑functional leadership skills

Responsibilities

  • Launch the global memberships and bundled services strategy
  • Design tiered service programs with clear entitlements and customer value
  • Align memberships to different customer segments and asset profiles
  • Partner with regional services teams to deploy memberships consistently
  • Develop SOWs, SOPs, and fulfillment frameworks
  • Ensure clarity in entitlement delivery and customer experience
  • Lead research and development of new entitlements to maximize value of the membership programs
  • Launch new programs with pilots, enablement, and global rollout
  • Collaborate with product and digital teams to embed monitoring, insights, and proactive services into memberships
  • Define pricing and renewal models that maximize customer lifetime value
  • Support sales enablement with value messaging and competitive positioning
  • Partner with Finance on revenue recognition and margin targets
  • Track adoption, renewals, churn, and realized customer value
  • Continuously evolve membership offerings based on usage data and feedback
