We are looking for an individual thinker who can take personal responsibility for the quality of their work and show an interest in our members and their needs. The GSC Specialist fields calls from members, medical providers (doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, etc.) and brokers, in regard to access of care, products, policy benefits, enrollment, and claims inquiries received via telephone, e-mail, fax and mail.
