External applicants must be eligible to work in the US. Your Role: CRM Position primarily supports the CMO business in collaboration with Site QA, Operations, and Commercial Teams. The role fosters customer intimacy and provides customers with interim updates during extended site investigations including face-to-face meetings as needed. The Senior Customer Relationship Manager demonstrates expertise in project management, typically in the form of coordinating complex customer inquiries or investigations across global sites.

Requirements

The Senior Customer Relations Manager holds a Masters’ or Bachelors’ degree in chemistry, biology, and engineering with equivalent experience in a relevant scientific-based position.
Requires professional experience, approximately 4-9 years industry experience as a guide
