Located at our Landing Gear facility in Medley, FL, the Customer Relations Manager plays a key role in ensuring seamless coordination between customers, operations, and program leadership while complying with GA Telesis processes. Requirements

  • Ability to manage quotes, scopes, invoicing, and customer communication
  • Strong communication, organization, and conflict‑resolution skills
  • Experience coordinating with internal teams (production, QA, planning, engineering)

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, update, process, and follow up on all exchange agreements and material transactions in collaboration with multiple departments.
  • Input and verify required data including processes, part numbers, traceability documentation, part condition, and delivery details to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure all component exchange agreements are completed, documented, and fully compliant prior to concluding any transaction.
  • Provide timely communication, updates, and feedback on daily transactions to internal teams and customers.
  • Monitor and follow up on customer status reports, ensuring issue resolution and consistent information flow.
  • Provide day‑to‑day internal customer support as needed, assisting with operational questions and facilitating smooth materials and transactional processes.
  • Work directly under the Program Manager, supporting program‑level initiatives and executing tasks that contribute to the broader success of managed programs.
