About The Position

The SOC Supervisor serves as the immediate, front-line leader for all full-time and part-time Security Officers and Tactical Analysts assigned to the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC). This role is responsible for ensuring operational continuity, producing weekly schedules, and maintaining minimum staffing levels across all shifts. The SOC Supervisor works closely with the Security Department leadership team to lead personnel, manage resources, oversee incident response and investigations, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of supervisory experience, preferably in a security operations center, emergency management, or law enforcement environment.
  • Experience working in an operations center utilizing radio communications, video surveillance, and access control systems.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage workloads, and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Familiarity with incident management platforms and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a global or multi-site security environment.
  • Certifications in emergency management, incident command systems (ICS), or security technologies.
  • CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations of the GSOC, ensuring consistent coverage and performance across all shifts.
  • Develop and manage weekly staffing schedules, ensuring mandatory minimum positions are filled.
  • Lead and support SOC personnel in monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security incidents and global events.
  • Review and approve Security Incident Reporting System (SIRS) submissions for accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure compliance with established SOPs and security protocols.
  • Conduct periodic inspections and audits of SOC operations and personnel.
  • Perform employee performance evaluations and provide coaching and development support.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to support investigations and emergency response.
  • Maintain situational awareness of global risks and threats that may impact company operations.
  • Prepare operational reports and briefings for senior leadership.
