This means you will be expected to report to one of our Aflac offices located in Columbus, GA for at least 60% of the work week. You will work from your home (within the continental US) for the remaining portion of the work week. Details of this schedule will be discussed with your leadership.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Actively pursuing bachelor’s or master’s degree in related field
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge and understanding of security concepts, preferably CompTIA Security+ certified
- Interest in automating manual processes
- Attention to detail
- Event management ability and interest
- Effective written and verbal communication
Responsibilities
- Automation of contractor training reconciliation process
- Assist with planning and hosting CyberInspire events
- MCSD Principals’ and counselors’ “externship” event
- CTAE Regional meeting
- Refresh and modernize our games/activities library for our CyberInspire events
- Automation in Proofpoint’s TAP system
- Review all rules in TAP
- Review all emails that are reported to SAFE and handled manually
- Create rules to automate manual handling of emails reported to SAFE
- Automation of monthly metrics gathering and reporting
