Overview: Precisely’s Summer Internship Program is a paid, part-time opportunity for undergraduate students actively enrolled in university. This is an 10-week program that begins Monday June 8, 2026 and ends Friday August 14, 2026. This opportunity is 100% remote and you must be located in the United States during the summer internship. The Global Privacy Intern will work closely with the Legal team.

Requirements

Strong interest in privacy, data protection, technology, or compliance.
Excellent writing and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and follow structured processes.
Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy regulations (coursework or project experience is welcome).
Ability to work collaboratively with global teams.
Analytical mindset and willingness to learn complex operational workflows.

Responsibilities

Support global privacy rights intake, triage, and fulfillment, including documentation of request handling.
Maintain and update privacy records, templates, and internal documentation repositories.
Assist with mapping data flows, systems, and processing activities for regulatory compliance.
Help prepare materials for audits, DPIAs, PIAs, and other risk assessments.
Conduct research and track emerging privacy regulations and enforcement trends.
Collaborate with teams across Legal, InfoSec, HR, Engineering, and Product as needed.
Participate in ongoing privacy program initiatives, including process improvements, compliance projects, and automation.
Support with customer, supplier, investor and other due diligence requests
Assist with third-party risk management
Draft summaries, memos, and operational guidance in clear and practical language.
Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
