Job summary: Based in New York, the Roadshow Specialist supports both the Equity Capital Markets team and the Equity Roadshow Desk for primarily US equity deal and non-deal marketing roadshows. You will ensure that investor clients identified by Equity Capital Markets are targeted, invited, and scheduled during the roadshow, while delivering timely updates to clients and internal teams. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication, sound judgment in confidential situations, and the ability to thrive amid shifting priorities while maintaining a client-first mindset.
