The Global Sales Specialist is a mid-level, customer-facing role responsible for managing portions of global accounts while supporting Global Account Managers and Global Account Directors in driving revenue growth. This role blends proactive sales development with operational execution, serving as both an account owner for select business and a critical support partner across the broader global sales portfolio. The Global Sales Specialist is highly engaged with clients, actively pursues new and existing business opportunities, and ensures timely follow-up on all leads to maximize conversion. This role also owns performance tracking, maintains data integrity across systems, and supports end-to-end sales processes from lead generation through contract execution.
