We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Global Sales Director – Social to drive revenue growth, expand our global footprint, and lead Social Element’s sales organization in selling high-value social media and digital engagement solutions to major brands, agencies, and prospective clients worldwide. Social Element is a global social media owned by MarketFully Group. Social Element operates across both the US and Europe and manages social media marketing primarily related to building social community for global brands with social media marketing, engagement, and moderation solutions. As the Global Sales Director, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the global sales strategy, cultivating strong executive-level relationships, and leading a high-performing global sales team. You will serve as a key driver of revenue and a vocal ambassador for Social Element’s unique approach to social media strategy and community-centric engagement. This role will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and also work with the Head of Sales at MarketFully to support cross-sales of other MarketFully solutions.
