As the Global Sales Compensation Director you will play a key role as the internal Sales Compensation / Incentive Compensation (IC) subject matter expert responsible for enabling and sustaining a new IC governance strategy and scalable global processes. This role sits within the Total Rewards team and partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, standardization, and operational excellence across both US and international regions. The role will lead governance forums, build and optimize IC processes, and provide expert guidance on incentive plan design consistent with best practices.
