International Justice Mission (IJM) is a global leader protecting vulnerable people from violence, with over 1,200 professionals in 30+ offices. IJM has a 25-year history of reducing slavery and violence through Justice System Strengthening Projects. As IJM expands its impact to protect 500 million people, it seeks a Global Risk Data & Analytics Fellow for its Global Risk team. The Risk subfunction is developing a risk management framework and enterprise risk strategy, providing support across the organization. This fellowship offers a data-driven and risk-minded professional the chance to apply private sector rigor to non-profit risk management. The position can be fully in-person or hybrid (onsite Tuesdays & Thursdays) in Washington, DC, or remote for non-local candidates. It reports to the Vice President, Risk, and requires 40 hours per week. Fellows receive a monthly stipend to cover expenses. The fellowship has an initial term of six months, from September 2026 to February 2027.
