About The Position

The Global Rewards Project Manager is responsible for leading the implementation and delivery of MSF-USA’s contribution to the global Rewards Review. The role focuses on executing, coordinating, and operationalizing global frameworks and decisions within the US context. This role serves as a project delivery lead, ensuring timelines, inputs, dependencies, stakeholder coordination, and implementation activities are managed effectively. The role is accountable for the implementation, coordination, delivery, and enablement of MSF-USA’s contribution to the global Rewards Review. In MSF USA, this work is coordinated by the Global Rewards Project Manager, who serves as the entity's Rewards Focal Point. This includes participating in working groups and developing surveys and other content, such as the Global Grading Framework and Minimum Standards. At key decision-making moments for the project, the Global Rewards Project Manager will interact with the following stakeholders in MSF USA: the Director of International HR, the Director of People Operations, the Chief People Culture and Inclusion Officer, the Executive Director, and the Rewards team in the International Office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Project Management, Public Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 4–6 years of professional experience in project management, HR transformation, organizational change delivery, or large-scale program implementation.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects with defined timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Project management experience, including planning, execution, risk management, and delivery tracking; 2 years preferred.
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate high-level frameworks into operational implementation plans.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing project documentation, briefings, and operational materials.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver against deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with HR systems, compensation frameworks, or organizational design initiatives preferred.
  • Experience working in international or humanitarian organizations, MSF is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of MSF-USA’s implementation of global Rewards Review initiatives
  • Coordinate preparation for implementation activities, including planning, sequencing, and delivery timelines.
  • Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and constraints.
  • Support integration of implementation activities into existing MSF-USA operational structures.
  • Act as the operational point of coordination between MSF-USA and international project counterparts.
  • Coordinate internal contributors and subject matter experts.
  • Facilitate structured working sessions and planning meetings.
  • Support directors and managers in preparing implementation activities within their functional areas.
  • Ensure timely and accurate flow of information between MSF-USA and international counterparts.
  • Support delivery of change management activities linked to Rewards implementation.
  • Coordinate training sessions, briefings, and engagement forums.
  • Support the development of guidance materials and operational tools.
  • Enable leadership communication through structured materials and planning support.
  • Manage project-related communication flows, including updates, FAQs, briefings, and internal guidance.
  • Prepare operational materials for staff and managers.
  • Coordinate delivery of presentations, workshops, and briefings.
  • Maintain internal project documentation and resources.
  • Maintain the master implementation plan.
  • Track dependencies, milestones, and delivery risks.
  • Coordinate data collection and input requests.
  • Ensure timely submission of required information to international counterparts.
