The Global Recruiting Manager is a new role within the People & Culture team and will be responsible for building Rand Technology’s first formal global recruiting function. This position will design and implement the systems, structure, and processes needed to support a growing global organization. The ideal candidate is a hands-on recruiting professional with global experience who can manage the full recruitment lifecycle — posting positions, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing offers — while also developing the tools, metrics, and governance required to scale talent acquisition across multiple regions. This role will partner closely with the Global Director of People & Culture and collaborate with other team members to ensure alignment between recruiting operations, workforce planning, and Rand’s global business objectives.
