This is a hands-on leadership role with a unique opportunity to build and shape a global executive search function from the ground up. The leader will partner with senior executive stakeholders across the enterprise—including Engineering, market-facing Product Business Units, and SG&A functions worldwide—to drive strategic executive hiring outcomes. You will design and implement best-in-class processes, tools, and strategies for executive recruitment (VP+), ensuring direct sourcing excellence and delivering exceptional candidate and client experiences. THE PERSON The ideal candidate brings progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of leading executive search within a global enterprise and/or executive search firm. This leader possesses deep expertise in executive sourcing, market mapping, pipeline development, and candidate engagement, combined with strong C-Suite interaction skills. You are entrepreneurial, highly visible, and ready to take on a greenfield challenge—building and scaling an executive search function that supports AMD’s global growth and leadership needs.
