About The Position

The Global Leader – Quality Management is responsible for defining and executing the company’s global quality strategy to ensure superior product performance and customer satisfaction. This role drives harmonization of processes, embeds a culture of continuous improvement, and leverages advanced technologies to deliver measurable quality outcomes across all regions. Operating within a global matrix structure, the position influences cross-functional teams, fosters collaboration, and ensures compliance with international standards while enabling innovation and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of global leadership experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Expertise in ISO standards, regulatory compliance, and auditing.
  • Proven experience with quality management software and integration with ERP/MES/PLM systems.
  • Strong background in matrix management and multicultural environments.
  • Strategic vision and ability to integrate global initiatives.
  • Strong influence and communication skills at executive levels.
  • Results-driven with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Experience in a global, multi-site manufacturing matrixed environment.
  • Strategic planning and decision making in alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Change management resiliency and agility to multitask.
  • Critical thinking to ensure data-driven decision making.
  • Demonstrate effective communications (verbal, written) skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite.
  • Maintain discretion when working with confidential and proprietary information.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and evolve corporate quality policies and global standards aligned with regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
  • Ensure alignment and synergy of quality processes across all regions and business units.
  • Coordinate critical gap analyses in quality assurance and control structures.
  • Lead and manage the Global Quality Committee.
  • Champion voice-of-customer initiatives to align quality standards with market expectations.
  • Define minimum requirements for global and regional certifications and specify certifications for each unit.
  • Monitor certification implementation processes to ensure compliance and desired outcomes.
  • Establish requirements for global document control, including quality system documents and essential corporate policies and procedures.
  • Ensure integration between regional and corporate quality systems.
  • Track global performance indicators and conduct strategic audits.
  • Promote a culture of quality at all organizational levels.
  • Develop and implement global training and engagement programs.
  • Collaborate with R&D and Engineering to embed quality into product design.
  • Influence development processes to ensure quality requirements are incorporated from concept to launch.
  • Harmonize manufacturing processes across plants to ensure consistent quality.
  • Define and implement global standards for processes, tools, and metrics.
  • Establish global systems for handling product complaints and corrective actions.
  • Monitor trends and drive preventive measures to reduce recurrence.
  • Develop and maintain protocols for recalls and quality-related incidents.
  • Lead corporate responses to crises and coordinate global action plans.
