About The Position

The Global Program Director – Global Clients Americas serves as the executive-level Security Advisor and strategic partner for a highly sophisticated, technology-driven global enterprise headquartered in Redmond, WA. This role provides strategic leadership and operational governance for a $50M+ global security portfolio spanning more than 45 countries, supporting a complex, fast-paced corporate environment with evolving risk, scale, and innovation demands. The Global Program Director has full accountability for global program strategy, financial performance, and service delivery across the Americas and international regions. This leader ensures alignment between client business objectives and Securitas’ global operating model, driving consistency, resilience, and continuous improvement across a geographically diverse footprint. Operating at an executive level, this role serves as the primary escalation point and trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, balancing global standardization with regional flexibility while delivering measurable business value. This position is designed for a senior leader who can operate at both the strategic and operational levels—setting vision and standards globally while ensuring disciplined execution locally. Distinguishing Characteristics This position applies to salaried supervisory employees who manage a global client program and associated work units. The role is primarily strategic and leadership-focused, with routine execution of subordinate duties limited to no more than 40% of overall responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in security operations, global account management, program management, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large, complex, multi-region or global client programs with full financial accountability.
  • Strong business acumen with proven P&L management experience.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a global business environment with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Visio.
  • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior-most point of contact and trusted Security Advisor for the client, maintaining strong executive relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery across all regions.
  • Lead the design, execution, and evolution of a comprehensive global security program aligned with client risk posture, business objectives, and growth strategy.
  • Provide strategic counsel to client leadership on security governance, emerging risks, operational resilience, and best practices in global security management.
  • Maintain full P&L ownership for a $50M+ global portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, margin performance, and cost optimization.
  • Lead long-range financial planning and annual operating plans in partnership with client leadership.
  • Analyze financial, operational, and performance data to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure financial discipline while supporting scalability, innovation, and global growth initiatives.
  • Direct and oversee global security risk assessments and reviews using industry best practices and client-specific tools.
  • Ensure consistent application of post orders, operating procedures, and compliance standards across the entire portfolio.
  • Support crisis management, special events, and emergency response planning as required.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels across all locations in collaboration with regional and branch leadership.
  • Oversee workforce planning, scheduling effectiveness, and labor cost controls while meeting client service expectations.
  • Drive consistency in service delivery, performance standards, and customer experience across all sites.
  • Coordinate and lead global RFI and RFP responses, including pricing strategy, financial modeling, and cross-region alignment.
  • Support rapid client growth, global expansion, new site activations, and large-scale program transitions.
  • Develop and manage a global service delivery network across more than 45 countries, leveraging regional Securitas teams and strategic alliance partners.
  • Apply a standardized global governance model while enabling regional adaptability based on regulatory, cultural, and operational requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance security operations through process improvement, technology integration, and innovative service models.
  • Establish and deploy global best practices and standardized operating models aligned with the Global Clients Americas framework.
  • Drive measurable improvements in efficiency, effectiveness, and client satisfaction through data-driven decision-making.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal Securitas leadership, regional teams, and functional stakeholders.
  • Provide clear direction, coaching, and accountability to program leadership teams supporting the client.
  • Regularly conduct executive-level business reviews with the client and internal leadership.
