What you’ll do Product Lifecycle Management: Lead the development and management of the complete slurry pump aftermarket portfolio including parts, services, and agreements. Daily activities include overseeing product lifecycle stages, ensuring consistent offerings, and driving profitability. Success means a robust, profitable aftermarket portfolio aligned with customer needs. Strategy and Growth: Develop parts and service agreements, retention strategies, and achieve profitable growth for the product line. This involves close collaboration with regional teams and monitoring market trends. Success is measured by growth in market share and customer retention. Service and Support Development: Build strong service and support capabilities with regional teams, including field services, repairs, and agreement-based business. Daily work includes coordinating with service teams to enhance customer experience. Market Insight and Innovation: Understand market needs for pumps and services, initiate new product and materials development with the technology team, and lead commercialization at launch. Success is demonstrated by innovative product introductions and market responsiveness. Reporting and Analysis: Deliver monthly reports on budget, forecasts, volume, revenue, and profit to senior management, supporting strategic decision-making. Travel Requirements: Frequent travel is expected to collaborate with global teams and customers, supporting hybrid work arrangements. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the mining industry, ideally with pumps and aftermarket services.
  • Strong product lifecycle management and business planning skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and collaborate with sales, product management, and service teams.
  • Solid understanding of customer operations and service business in mining.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with centrifugal slurry and water pumps (Warman, Lewis, Hazelton brands).
  • Advanced analytical skills with tools such as Power BI, Salesforce, Tableau, or Excel.
  • Business qualifications such as an MBA or equivalent.
  • Multilingual abilities, especially English and Spanish.
