The Global Incentives team drives our commercial strategy, designing and executing programs (e.g., Video Incentive Program, Media Trials Program, Media Readiness Program) which drive business results for our partners and customers. Our mission is to build global incentives including tools, systems, workflows and communications which allows our incentive programs to scale with speed and precision. In this role, you’ll turn raw engaged intelligence and market signals into incentive programs for global scale. You will lead the charge in prototyping new concepts and running lean tests to prove their value. Orchestrating at the intersection of product, engineering, and sales, you will act as a primary incubator for the next generation of global incentives. You will translate complex local market nuances into clear strategic goals, while making the tough calls necessary to keep our resources focused on the highest-priority opportunities.
