The Global Process Owner (GPO) for Workforce Optimization is responsible for the end-to-end design, governance, and execution of State Street’s global workforce reduction process. This role partners closely with Global HR COEs, Employee Relations, Legal, Finance, Technology, and business leaders to ensure compliant, efficient, and consistent workforce optimization outcomes across regions.
