Act as the primary liaison between R&D/Engineering, Project Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, Operations, and functional/technical teams ensuring alignment of the PEP processes within the ERP project team. Document and validate current PEP related processes (as-is) and define future state (to-be). Participate in SAP design workshops for PPM, PS, and PLM to ensure alignment with business requirements and system configurations aligned to SAP best practices. Support master data readiness for PEP related processes. Validate SAP configurations and process flows from a business perspective. Support validation of PPM, PS, and PLM functionality within SAP. Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for PPM and PLM functionality. Provide input for training and change management activities. Champion user adoption of new PEP processes and tools by functions and sites. Collaborate with business stakeholders, process owners to define and document business requirements, process flows, and system configurations identifying opportunities for process optimization, automation, and digital enablement aligned to SAP best practices. Drive and own final decisions on PEP related processes design, master data standards, and policies within the ERP solution. Own key project deliverables including process flows, functional specifications, test plans, training documentation, and change management artifacts. · Monitor key project milestones and deliverables for the PEP stream, ensuring adherence to timeline, scope, and quality standards. · Other relevant duties as assigned. ________________________________________ What sets you apart:

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
8–12 years in PEP related process leadership, preferably in a global manufacturing or engineering-driven organization, w/ at least 3–5 years in a leadership or process ownership role.
Deep knowledge of PPM and PLM
Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and digital enablement
PLM, NPI, and program/project management cross functional activities.
Familiarity with engineering/manufacturing processes at a business level (not configuration).
Strong communication and change management skills.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple teams.
Strong understanding of Engineering and end-to-end PLM processes with proven ability to make strategic decisions for PEP related process designs, product data management, change control, and document management.
Change management experience skilled in driving adoption of new processes and systems within business functions and at manufacturing sites.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR) as they relate to data.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and collaborative environment.
Prior involvement in ERP transformation or large-scale process improvement projects is highly desirable.
This position may require 30% or more of your time traveling domestically and internationally to Integer manufacturing sites, customer sites, and supplier sites, as required.
As such, you have a current passport and can secure appropriate visas, as required, for travel to international locations as specified.

Experience in regulated industries (e.g., pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, finance) is a plus.

Responsibilities
