Define and own the global digital standard for maintenance management and machine data utilization across Gas Power manufacturing sites. This role partners with the Global Process Engineering Authority, who owns the physical asset, controls infrastructure, and automation standards, to integrate machine data across platforms and translate it into actionable insights for asset reliability, process stability, and quality. It covers the full scope from maintenance planning and work order execution to machine program management and operational data flows. Key responsibilities include defining and owning the global digital blueprint for maintenance management and machine data utilization, establishing global standards, and partnering with local teams for consistent adoption. The role involves collaborating with the Global Process Engineering Authority (GPEA) on physical assets, controls infrastructure, sensors, and data dictionaries, and defining how this data is integrated, surfaced as insights, and drives operational action. It also includes partnering with GPEA to develop and update Automation Process Specifications (APS) and Machine Process Specifications (MPS) to ensure digital standards for data collection, maintenance execution, and machine monitoring align with current engineering and automation standards. The position requires collaboration with other process owners and Global Process Digital Authorities where machine and asset data intersects with shop floor execution, quality, and materials planning and replenishment. The role also owns the digital standard for CNC program management, version control, and secure distribution, and partners with GPEA on machine data collection and operational intelligence (utilization, cycle times, alarms, program execution). It involves developing integration standards between machine-level systems and the manufacturing execution system, owning the digital standard for maintenance planning, work order execution, and downtime tracking, and supporting the transition to target-state maintenance management tools. Standardizing maintenance, repair, and operations spare parts digital workflows and laying the groundwork for predictive maintenance capabilities are also key. The role co-owns application selection and solution design with Digital Technology and the New Technology Introduction team and partners with Master Data Governance on asset master data. Finally, it involves building and coordinating a global network of site-level process owners, leading a Community of Practice for standard adoption and continuous improvement, serving as an escalation point for standard divergence, monitoring post-deployment usage, owning frontline adoption metrics, conducting process walks, and developing training materials.
