We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Global Print Production Manager to lead the development and production of print and merchandising materials that support our worldwide marketing initiatives. This role requires deep corporate and global experience, with the ability to apply proven best practices to drive innovation, influence stakeholders, lead change initiatives, and build scalable, process-driven operations. The ideal candidate brings experience operating within complex, multi-region organizations and understands how to navigate global stakeholders, vendor networks, and cross-functional teams. They are not only execution-focused but also forward-thinking, continuously identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, elevate production standards, and implement operational improvements that enhance efficiency and global scalability. This role will play a critical part in evolving our global print operations to support long-term growth. This individual will oversee end-to-end print operations, including vendor management, cost control, quality assurance, sustainability considerations, and timeline management — ensuring brand consistency, cost efficiency, and operational excellence across all regions. They must be comfortable influencing decision-making, introducing new ways of working, and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. This is a highly collaborative, individual contributor role based in Atlanta, GA, requiring operational excellence, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple large-scale initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed corporate environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Arts, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in print production, merchandising, or marketing operations—ideally within a global or multi-regional organization
  • Demonstrated experience managing print production with U.S. and European vendors, including performance oversight and cost management
  • Deep understanding of print production processes, materials, timelines, and industry best practices, including knowledge of sustainable sourcing and environmentally responsible production methods
  • Experience identifying and implementing sustainable print solutions that reduce waste and environmental impact while maintaining quality and brand standards
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities
  • Proven ability to drive process improvements and implement scalable operational best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across regions and functions without direct authority
  • Experience working with cross-functional and cross-regional teams in a matrixed corporate environment
  • Experience working within creative asset and project management platforms (e.g., Hive, Workfront, Adobe Creative Suite) with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for cost tracking and reporting

Responsibilities

  • Global Asset Production Lead the end-to-end production of global print and merchandising materials, including architectural folders, brochures, signage, displays, packaging elements, and promotional collateral. Ensure all materials align with brand standards and support global marketing strategies while balancing quality, cost efficiency, and sustainability considerations. Partner with regional marketing teams and sample centers to support new product launches and manage replenishment inventory globally.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Influence Serve as a trusted partner to global and regional marketing, design, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of print initiatives. Influence stakeholders at all levels to drive decision-making, introduce best practices, and implement operational improvements across regions. Lead print-related communications and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Vendor & Print Management Manage relationships with global print vendors to ensure quality control, brand compliance, cost efficiency, and schedule adherence. Conduct annual vendor performance reviews and identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and improve output. Explore new print technologies, materials, and production methods to drive innovation and optimize global scalability. Champion sustainable sourcing and production practices, partnering with vendors to identify environmentally responsible materials, reduce waste, and minimize environmental impact without compromising brand standards.
  • Project Management & Operational Excellence Own production timelines, budgets, and logistics across global print initiatives, ensuring transparency and accountability. Leverage Hive and related tools to ensure transparency, governance, and accountability across global print initiatives. Develop, maintain, and optimize SOPs to support global scalability, operational consistency, and knowledge sharing. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance efficiency, reduce redundancies, and support long-term operational excellence.
  • Cost, Quality & Sustainability Management Monitor production budgets and negotiate pricing with vendors. Ensure accurate estimates for all components and oversee version control and approvals. Balance cost, quality, speed-to-market, and sustainability in all production decisions.
