The Global Partner Programs and Portal Manager will support the development, enhancement, and execution of Barracuda’s global partner program, with the goals of increasing partner productivity, improving partner satisfaction, and reducing partner churn. This role requires strong cross‑functional collaboration with teams across regions and business units, as well as an understanding of industry trends affecting technology vendor partner ecosystems. Reporting to the Principal, Global Partner Programs & Partner Experience, this role will help design and operationalize best‑in‑class partner experience initiatives that increase engagement with Barracuda and positively impact partner-generated revenue. This role will also play a key part in managing Barracuda’s Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform to ensure partners have a seamless, intuitive, and effective experience with Barracuda’s automation tools and resources.
