The Global Outreach Accounts Coordinator manages international partner accounts with a focus on commission processing, payment accuracy, and clear communication. This role ensures that partner activity is documented, verified, and processed in alignment with internal policies and timelines. The Coordinator reports directly to the Assistant Director of International Outreach, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Senior Director of Global Outreach. When not processing payments, the Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the department, including marketing material inventory management, inbox and calendar management, updating reports, and assisting with event planning. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong written communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment.
