Requirements

• Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science or related experience and
• 4 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation
• Requires 4 years of experience in the following skills
• Project/program management experience communicating with people at all levels (internal and external)
• Experience in a TPM role or technical field/capacity (coding, database experience, QA testing, SQL, etc)
• Experience working across a global multicultural and multilingual team, solving problems and designing business operations from scratch
• Experience communicating and working with cross-functional partners (both technical and non-technical audiences)

Responsibilities

• Support the launch of Meta Products and regulatory readiness by driving the delivery of tools and systems for our operations.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions leveraging technical expertise, thought leadership, and strategic influence.
• Craft technical programs where none existed, pulling disparate and often complex components together.
• Drive execution of the program by building alignment, managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and communicating clearly.
• Manage technical programs end-to-end from ideation to implementation and post-implementation.
• Ensure that the solutions are reliable, performant, and meet the quality bar.
• Travel Required: 20% of Domestic and International travel required.
