About The Position

Interra International is seeking a driven, bilingual Global Operations Specialist to join our Operations Team and help move food products around the world. This is a fast-paced, global role for someone who enjoys logistics, problem-solving, international trade, and working with people across different countries and cultures. As a Global Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in coordinating international and domestic shipments, ensuring cargo moves efficiently from origin to destination while maintaining compliance with global trade regulations. This position works closely with foreign offices, customers, suppliers, warehouses, ocean carriers, trucking companies, and government agencies to ensure shipments are executed accurately and on time. You will be responsible for managing shipment documentation, reviewing bills of lading and commercial documents, coordinating export and import processes, and resolving documentation or logistics issues to ensure the timely release of cargo. This role requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to make smart transportation and logistics decisions in a dynamic environment. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in transportation, international business, supply chain, or related field
• Minimum 0-2 years of experience in international logistics, import/export, ocean freight, or trucking
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required
• Knowledge of Automated Export System (AES) processing
• Knowledge and proper use of INCO Terms
• Strong business acumen, communication skills, and customer service mindset
• Ability to build solutions and create positive operational outcomes
• Ability to manage critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
