The Global MRO Process Owner (“GMPO”) defines, governs, and continuously improves global Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) storeroom processes across Albemarle’s manufacturing network. This role provides enterprise‑level ownership of MRO process design, standardization, optimization, and adoption across regions, functions, and business units. The GMPO establishes and enforces global policies, procedures, system standards, and controls to ensure consistent execution, regulatory compliance, and alignment with Albemarle’s operating model and the Albemarle Way of Excellence. As the business owner for SAP S/4 MRO inventory and planning processes, the GMPO partners closely with Maintenance, Supply Chain, IT, and global stakeholders to drive governance, change management, analytics, and continuous improvement. While sites retain day‑to‑day execution responsibility, this role ensures clarity, consistency, and performance at scale.
