The Global Mobility Specialist will manage and support all aspects of the relocation programs ensuring a seamless, compliant, and high-quality experience during domestic and international transitions. You Will: Own and manage day-to-day employee relocations (domestic and international) from initiation to completion, serving as the primary internal point of contact for employees, managers, and People partners. Provide clear, expert guidance on relocation policy, process, and expectations, balancing compliance with an empathetic, high-touch employee focus. Partner closely with the Relocation Management Company (RMC), immigration, and tax vendors to coordinate service delivery across all components (e.g., household goods, temporary housing, destination services, tax, and immigration). Monitor vendor service performance, costs, and timelines through regular case reviews to ensure accountability, high-quality service, and timely issue resolution Ensure strict compliance with immigration, tax, and social security regulations globally, coordinating closely with external vendors to manage data flow and accurate delivery of compliance obligations. Collaborate cross-functionally with Internally to ensure mobility cases align with business needs, policy frameworks, and compliance requirements.Process Improvement & Data: Identify and drive opportunities to streamline processes, enhance the employee experience, and strengthen vendor partnerships as the program scales globally. Track and manage relocation data, reporting, maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and visibility for stakeholders. Contribute to broader mobility initiatives, including vendor governance, policy optimization, and technology enablement (including automation and AI tools). You Have: 5+ years of progressive experience in global mobility, relocation management, or employee mobility operations, including direct experience with international relocation components (household goods, housing, tax, and immigration). Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (HR, Business Admin, etc.) or equivalent practical experience. Operational Expertise: Strong experience managing and overseeing a Relocation Management Company (RMC) and collaborating with mobility tax and immigration vendors. Core Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data and systems (case management platforms/tools) in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Communication: Clear, empathetic communicator with proven experience influencing stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives. Preferred Qualifications Certifications (Preferred): Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) and/or Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) from Worldwide ERC®. Experience in a multinational, high-growth organization, particularly in regulated industries like capital markets or fintech. Proficiency in leveraging mobility platforms/tools and experience with automation or AI tools to enhance efficiency.
