This position seeks an experienced corporate global mobility professional that will focus on expat management and relocation. The person will sit at our downtown Austin office, working on a hybrid schedule. The Global Mobility Specialist III (GMS) will support all global mobility matters for US hires and TEL’s expat population. This individual will be leading matters related to international transfer services including assignment coordination, regulatory immigration requirements, while engaging both internal and external stakeholders, managing the administration of HR global mobility processes for expat and local hires requiring relocation. The GMS III fully understands the employee global mobility life cycle, implications of changes throughout it, and can make recommendations for solutions and process improvements, using judgement and strategic initiative, to both internal HR global mobility and operational processes as well as to external global mobility vendor processes (RMC, tax, and immigration vendors).
