About The Position

Primary Duties • Leads and oversees a portfolio of enterprise IT transformation initiatives across infrastructure, applications, governance, and operating models • Translates global IT roadmaps into regional execution plans, ensuring alignment with global standards while preserving Americas-specific service levels and regulatory requirements • Establishes and governs program management frameworks, performance metrics, financial controls, and executive reporting to ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value • Oversees budgets, vendor engagements, resource planning, and risk management for largescale, multi-year transformation programs • Serves as a trusted advisor to senior executives, facilitating alignment across global and regional stakeholders • Drives organizational change, process standardization, and modernization across the Americas IT landscape • Directly manages the IT PMO organization, which consists of program managers, project managers, business analysts, and project administrators located across the U.S., India, Mexico, and Colombia. Other Duties • As required and assigned • Supports GEODIS' programs for Safety, Health, Environment, Quality , Ethics, Compliance, CSR and Sustainability

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from a 4-year college or university.
  • Minimum 8 years of increasing management experience in an IT infrastructure, server technologies, or related technology discipline.
  • Experience with contract, vendor, and financial management within a dynamic, global company.
  • Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance standards.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and co-workers.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of 3rd party logistics, transportation systems, and/or warehouse management is preferred.
  • Knowledge of leading industry technologies with a strong knowledge around IT governance, project planning, and the technological usage/alternatives available in a multi-platform environment.
