Primary Duties • Leads and oversees a portfolio of enterprise IT transformation initiatives across infrastructure, applications, governance, and operating models • Translates global IT roadmaps into regional execution plans, ensuring alignment with global standards while preserving Americas-specific service levels and regulatory requirements • Establishes and governs program management frameworks, performance metrics, financial controls, and executive reporting to ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value • Oversees budgets, vendor engagements, resource planning, and risk management for largescale, multi-year transformation programs • Serves as a trusted advisor to senior executives, facilitating alignment across global and regional stakeholders • Drives organizational change, process standardization, and modernization across the Americas IT landscape • Directly manages the IT PMO organization, which consists of program managers, project managers, business analysts, and project administrators located across the U.S., India, Mexico, and Colombia.
