  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in marketing leadership roles, ideally within the water industry or related sectors.
  • Demonstrated strategic planning, market analysis, and innovation leadership capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong project management and team leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive 3-year global growth strategy, aligning with organizational objectives and market potential.
  • Lead revenue generation efforts by identifying new business opportunities and optimizing existing channels.
  • Design and execute the annual operating plan (AOP), ensuring targets and resources are effectively allocated.
  • Conduct thorough market sizing, trend analysis, and competitor assessments to inform strategic decisions.
  • Formulate and refine pricing strategies and compelling value propositions to enhance market positioning.
  • Drive innovation initiatives across products and services, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Set clear targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), regularly reporting on progress and outcomes.
  • Develop and oversee go-to-market strategies for new offerings, ensuring successful launches and market penetration.
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal resource utilization and ROI.
  • Supervise the creation and approval of digital and traditional marketing content, maintaining brand consistency and quality.
  • Review and guide regional marketing plans, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
  • Oversee campaign structures, ensuring cohesive execution and measurable impact.
