About The Position

SUMMER 2026 Shure offers a challenging, fun and rewarding summer internship program. The twelve-week program is offered to undergraduate and graduate students. We offer internships with a variety of work arrangements from onsite interns to fully remote in US. Each intern will receive a competitive salary. Additionally, Interns who are asked to relocate to Illinois for onsite internships will receive a housing stipend to cover living expenses. Applications will be collected, reviewed, and selected candidates will be contacted in late fall/early winter. The Global Marketing and Partnerships Intern will assist with campaign planning, partnership research, and go-to-market support for Shure’s Musician category. This role offers hands-on experience in brand marketing, partnerships, and creative asset development. You’ll collaborate with teams across the company and gain exposure to how global campaigns come to life—from concept to execution. This Internship is Onsite or Hybrid, based in our Niles, IL location.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field (in progress)
  • Strong digital marketing and analytics skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable being a self-starter with exceptional attention to detail
  • Able to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis is required
  • Ability to handle multiples assignments, work independently, and see projects through to successful completion
  • Applicants for this position must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support the creation of marketing toolkits for upcoming product launches
  • Help craft launch guides, feature-benefit copy, and campaign-ready creative assets
  • Assist with research and outreach for brand and artist partnerships
  • Explore emerging uses of AI in marketing, with a focus on optimization, personalization, and audience insights
  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing to define and track KPIs across the funnel for partnerships and paid media
  • Provide administrative support to the Global Marketing team, including purchase processing (Ariba), ad hoc analytics requests, and other duties as assigned
