Position Summary: The Global Market Manager (GMM) is responsible for leading the business development activity for a designated market focusing on critical key accounts. The GMM will work closely with the Regional Sales Managers (RSM’s) and Business Units (BU’s) to create winning strategies for the segment. The GMM will work at various levels within the key customers to build strong relationships with engineering, program management, sourcing and executive management. The GMM is primarily measured on market segment performance to sales budget, market share and MBO’s focused on funnel activity and product design win success.
