As a full-time Global Manager IT you will have the opportunity to support our growth ambitions and make a difference within our organization. In this role, you will work closely with departments to provide leadership, strategic direction and hands-on technical expertise to manage and enhance Emsere’s IT landscape. This is a newly created role that works collaboratively as part of both a local and global team in North America. EMSERE is a clinical trial solutions partner that provides quality services, equipment, and supplies to ensure clinical trials run effortlessly from start to finish. Established in the Netherlands as MediRent, our 25+ years of expertise and in-depth knowledge of the clinical trial process enable us to deliver tailored solutions for our clients—from medical devices and equipment rental to study supplies, specialty product sourcing, and global trial logistics. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ years of experience leading IT staff and 7+ years of proven experience as a Senior System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar IT role
  • Demonstrated experience managing Office 365, Microsoft Azure, and AWS environments
  • Proven track record in IT infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and cloud administration
  • Strong knowledge of databases, networks (LAN/WAN), and patch management
  • In-depth understanding of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery

  • Manage team performance, systems and infrastructure
  • Provide support and lead IT operations
  • Maintain security and compliance
  • Collaborate and manage external vendors and stakeholders
