About The Position

Working closely with the Global Corporate Affairs leadership team, this role reports directly into the Senior Director of Corporate Communications, along with dotted line reporting into Chief Communication Officer for issue management. The Leader for Corporate Reputation is primarily responsible to lead the corporate branding strategy and to protect and enhance company’s reputation.

  • 10 -15 plus years of communications experience in progressively senior roles in terms of responsibility, working with senior executives and managing and leading teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead corporate branding strategy
  • Orchestrate global cross-functional corporate plan/campaigns to establish Biogen as the leader in neuroscience
  • Define and execute global content strategy to bring company’s brand promise to life
  • Refresh corporate branding material
  • Lead corporate website strategy
  • Work closely with Global Security to ensure roll-out of the incident policy
  • Develop and implement global issue management process including crisis management module
  • Support product communication on issue management that can impact company’s reputation
  • Increase preparedness through scenario planning and content development/holding statement on corporate risks (e.g: cyber-attack...)
  • Work with respective functions to draft and disseminate position statements on critical business topics (pricing principles, early access programs, compassionate use)
